If you are new to our office, please book a new patient appointment. If you are booking for your child, please use their name when booking the appointment.

We are a self pay clinic, meaning we are not in network with any insurance companies. We are not accepting Medicare patients, but we’d be more than happy to refer you to a provider that accepts your insurance.

In addition to the pricing listed below, we have affordable monthly membership options. These memberships give you access to weekly adjustments. Individual: $79; Couple: $139; Family: $199. There are no contracts.
